I’m Shelby Weir, a wedding planner, designer, and coordinator for couples who want their entire celebration thoughtfully handled, from the first conversation through the final moments of the night. My work is rooted in structure, foresight, and relationships. I guide couples through vendor selection, design direction, timelines, layouts, and logistics with clarity and intention, often beginning twelve months or more before the wedding day. Clients come to me because they want one person who sees the full picture, anticipates what’s coming next, and keeps everything moving calmly and cohesively.
What defines my approach is how deeply I care about both the experience and the execution. I’m known for being highly responsive, composed under pressure, and meticulous with details, whether that’s coordinating a large vendor team, managing complex timelines, or quietly resolving challenges before they ever reach the couple. With a background in music and production, I naturally think in flow, pacing, and atmosphere, ensuring each part of the day feels connected and considered. My role is to create the conditions for a wedding day that feels effortless to you, so you can be fully present, knowing every element has been carefully planned and confidently managed.
